Our reverse vending technology enables the collection of used drink containers to ensure that containers have the best chance of being turned back into containers again. It is part of a continuous recycling process which we call Clean Loop Recycling, to ensure that fewer resources are used, less energy is wasted, and containers do not end up in our oceans, streets, or landfill. We’re proud to be collecting containers across Australia with state-of-the-art Recycling Centres in NSW, Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia, Victoria and soon to be Tasmania.

Job Description

We’re opening a brand-new depot and need your superstar talent to launch of it off ground! If you’re personable, a go getter or not afraid to get down and dirty, then this role is perfect for you. If you’re all of the above, even better!

Reporting to the Manager, the position of Reverse Vending Bulk Depot Attendant is responsible for day-to-day operations of TOMRA Bulk Depots and enhancing the TOMRA customer experience.

Beyond the day-to-day, we’re looking for someone can work autonomously, be a friendly face for our customers and make our new depot the pillar of the town. You’ll be not only owning the operational requirements of the site, but you’ll make an impact and turn this space your into own.

Operating hours are 7 days a week. 7am-6pm

Qualifications

We are looking for the below, but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes- we will provide training! 

  • First aid and/or fire warden certification
  • Customer service experience
  • Supervisor or team lead experience
  • Cleaning or maintenance experience
  • High level of communication (verbal and written)
