This pivotal role as a My Rewards (Benefits) Advisor positions you as a critical partner to the People Team across Australia and New Zealand. You will be instrumental in ensuring outstanding delivery and continuous improvement of our end-to-end employee benefits operations. Working within our People Services unit, you'll contribute to an agile and connected team dedicated to providing top-tier service and driving all key benefits initiatives for the ANZ business.

- Drive compliance and best-practice benefit program design
- Manage key external partnerships and supplier relationships
- Innovate our rewards strategy by staying abreast of market trends
- Collaborate with our shared service center for effective delivery
What you will bring:
- Proven administration experience (HR administration preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Action-orientated with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
- Detail-oriented and have expertise in Microsoft office tools (especially Excel)
- Solid knowledge of employee benefits and rewards principles
- HR or Business degree qualification, or equivalent experience
