The Opportunity
Are you ready to lead RFID innovation across ANZ and shape the future of retail technology?
We are seeking a senior leader to own and accelerate RFID growth across the ANZ region. In this role, you will manage relationships with major retailers and ecosystem partners, lead high-performing global teams, and deliver cutting-edge RFID solutions that drive item-level visibility, inventory accuracy, omni-channel enablement, and loss prevention.
What You Will Do
Sales & Growth Leadership
Own RFID revenue, pipeline, and profit targets for ANZ; deliver sustained YoY growth.
Build and execute go-to-market strategies for Tier 1, Tier 2, and specialty retailers.
Lead enterprise pursuits end-to-end: discovery, business case development, solution design, negotiation, and closure.
Expand footprint via new logos and cross-sell/upsell within existing accounts.
Market Strategy & Portfolio
Develop ANZ RFID strategy grounded in market intelligence and customer insights.
Shape roadmap for Sensormatic RFID solutions, hardware, middleware, and integrations with POS/ERP/WMS systems.
Define pricing, commercial packaging, and partnership strategy.
Customer Success & Delivery
Partner with Professional Services to ensure flawless deployments and adoption.
Establish measurable outcomes: inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, labor optimization, and sales lift.
Drive post-implementation value realization and renewals.
Forecasting & Performance Management
Own pipeline health, risk mitigation, and performance dashboards.
Ensure disciplined CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
Build executive relationships with retailers (C-level, Operations, IT, LP, Merchandising).
Develop strategic alliances with OEMs, SIs, and channel partners across ANZ.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years in enterprise solutions sales and/or retail technology leadership.
5–10 years RFID or item-level inventory sales experience required.
Proven success selling to large retailers in ANZ and closing complex multi-year deals.
Strong understanding of RFID hardware, labels/encoding, software/middleware, and integrations.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.
Commercial acumen with strong grasp of pricing, margin, and ROI modeling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA desirable.
