About TMGM

TMGM stands at the forefront of online trading and investment services, proudly serving as Chelsea FC's Official Regional Online Forex and Trading Partner in Asia Pacific. With a global presence and offices spanning three continents, TMGM has earned its reputation as a trusted CFD trading provider. We embody excellence through a commitment to regulatory compliance, technological innovation, and unparalleled customer service.

At TMGM, our vision goes beyond providing a platform for trading; we aspire to empower our clients with the best trading conditions. We leverage industry-leading and cutting-edge innovative platforms to ensure that your trading experience is nothing short of exceptional. Our relentless commitment to research and development continually pushes the boundaries of liquidity and usability, giving you the tools you need to thrive in an ever-evolving financial landscape.

About the team

We're a dealing desk in the CFD industry. We manage the firm's FX exposure across all major currencies, watch the markets through every session, and make the calls that keep the book healthy. The work is real-time, the decisions are immediate, and the P&L tells you whether you got it right.

It's an experienced team at the heart of the firm's risk operation. Whatever sharper idea you bring — a better way to look at the data, a script that surfaces something useful, a smarter angle on a position — gets put to use quickly.

About the role

We want a dealer who's strong on the fundamentals — markets, risk, execution — and who also brings a technical edge. The candidates who stand out today are the ones who can sit in front of the screens and think analytically about how the team can operate sharper. Programming, scripting, data fluency: these aren't bonus skills any more. They're how good dealers compound their contribution over time.

If you like markets and you like writing code, this seat is built for both.

Responsibility

  • Build scripts, dashboards, and analytical tools that enhance the team’s performance, contributing directly to workflows and P&L outcomes
  • Coordinate and manage the FX trading portfolio across all currencies during your session
  • Monitor market movements and stay up to date with news, economic calendars, and market events
  • Manage risk through positioning and trading within approved limits, policies, and procedures
  • Prepare daily reports for stakeholders, presenting key insights clearly and effectively
  • Conduct analytical work across related business areas as requested by the senior team
  • Work closely with senior dealers on trade supervision and alignment of risk strategies

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or IT-related disciplines
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience in financial services or FX/CFD industry preferred
  • Familiarity with MT4/MT5 trading platforms and bridge systems is a strong advantage
  • Strong interest in financial markets and market structure
  • Solid numerical and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Python or scripting knowledge will be considered a plus
  • Bilingual - English & Mandarin Speaking required.

Benefits
  • A dealing seat with real responsibility, not just escalations
  • The opportunity to apply your technical skills directly to live markets — with your scripts, analyses, and ideas used in real time
  • Mentorship from senior dealers and exposure to how a CFD risk team operates
  • A career path that grows with you, whether in senior dealing, risk strategy, or analytics
