Your role, your contribution!

• Partner with stakeholders across the Group, facilitating risk assessments and workshops across service lines, leading meaningful risk conversations and building strong relationships
• Provide practical advice and guidance on enterprise, emerging, regulatory and operational risks
• Assist in the development and continuous improvement of risk frameworks, policies, procedures and templates
• Contribute to business continuity and emergency management planning and testing
• Support modern slavery, privacy and data breach review processes

What you will bring to the role:

• Confidence facilitating workshops and engaging in risk discussions with business leaders
• Experience in risk assessments, control testing, reporting and risk mitigation activities
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving capability with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
• Experience using a GRC or similar risk management system
• Proven ability to build effective relationships across multiple stakeholders and service lines
