As a Regulatory Change Governance Engagement Lead in the RM&C LRCM Governance team, you will be a key player in maintaining effective communication and support for our stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in aligning our actions with organizational goals and objectives, and in promoting strategic project execution. We expect you to be organized, collaborative, and an excellent communicator with experience in stakeholder management, project management, and risk and compliance frameworks. This role offers you the opportunity to work closely with various internal departments to deliver a consistent and excellent stakeholder experience, and to champion our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Support RM&C stakeholders in timely and accurate completion of Legal and Regulatory Change Management process.
- Collaborate with RM&C Teams and stakeholders to identify and champion continuous improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate status updates and liaise with stakeholders to manage organizational key performance & risk indicators.
- Develop communication materials regarding program updates and deliver to executive audience.
- Partner with various internal departments to deliver a consistent and excellent stakeholder experience.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client engagement, program management, or a related field.
- Strong data management skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and visualization.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and writing.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and provide new perspectives for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated skill in managing projects and problem-solving.
- Professional maturity and confidence in expressing viewpoints with varied stakeholders.
- Ability to build relationships with RM&C stakeholders to influence and drive key decisions to solve any concerns/issues
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different business areas.
- Commitment to driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in controls, compliance, operational risk, and/or risk management frameworks preferred.
