How will you support our “Why?”

At Aussie Broadband, our “Why” is to change the game—by being authentic, bold, and passionate about making a difference. As our Risk and Resilience Manager, you’ll help bring this to life by:

  • Embedding and supporting the enterprise risk management framework across all teams and functions.

  • Guiding and empowering the risk and resilience team to identify key risks and strengthen organisational adaptability.

  • Co-creating tailored approaches for project and opportunity risk management.

  • Facilitating open, ongoing conversations with team members and department heads to encourage ownership and shared accountability.

  • Enhancing our risk practices to align with industry standards and support continuous improvement.

  • Promoting the use of our GRC platform and improving the quality of risk data to support clear, informed choices.

  • Designing and delivering inclusive training programs that build confidence and capability across the business.

  • Mentoring team members and supporting their growth and career development.

  • Maintaining and evolving our Business Continuity Plan (BCP), including scenario-based exercises and reflective reviews.

  • Staying attuned to emerging risks and helping the business prepare for potential disruptions.

  • Preparing and sharing insights with senior teams to support thoughtful, values-aligned planning.
