How will you support our “Why?”

Embedding and supporting the enterprise risk management framework across all teams and functions.
Guiding and empowering the risk and resilience team to identify key risks and strengthen organisational adaptability.
Co-creating tailored approaches for project and opportunity risk management.
Facilitating open, ongoing conversations with team members and department heads to encourage ownership and shared accountability.
Enhancing our risk practices to align with industry standards and support continuous improvement.
Promoting the use of our GRC platform and improving the quality of risk data to support clear, informed choices.
Designing and delivering inclusive training programs that build confidence and capability across the business.
Mentoring team members and supporting their growth and career development.
Maintaining and evolving our Business Continuity Plan (BCP), including scenario-based exercises and reflective reviews.
Staying attuned to emerging risks and helping the business prepare for potential disruptions.
Preparing and sharing insights with senior teams to support thoughtful, values-aligned planning.
