As an RPA Developer, you’ll be at the heart of EML’s drive to work smarter, streamlining processes and delivering tech-driven solutions that make a real difference. You’ll be part of a high-performing, customer-focused team, always looking for new ways to improve how we work and deliver value through automation.
This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Design, build, and implement automation processes (including software robots) based on business needs.
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot automations post-implementation.
- Apply Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure reliable, high-quality automation delivery.
- Develop secure, efficient automations that align with organisational risk management practices.
- Drive continuous improvement by staying informed on industry trends and advancements.
ABOUT YOU
- UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer certification is essential.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar automation development role.
- Proficiency with automation tools (preferably UiPath), C#, SQL Server, Web APIs, and Visual Studio.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work proactively and collaboratively in an agile environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
