Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive Rostering Consultant to join our National Rostering Team.
In this role, you’ll coordinate the efficient allocation of support workers to meet client needs, ensuring continuity of care and high service standards. You’ll work closely with Recruitment and Service Delivery teams to support effective workforce planning and communication.

Day to day:

  • Manage rosters to meet demand, planning up to 8 weeks ahead
  • Match support workers to clients based on skills and availability
  • Collaborate across Recruitment, Service Delivery, Customer Care and BDM teams
  • Support onboarding and integration of new staff
  • Monitor shifts for hours, breaks and award compliance
  • Contribute to process improvements and customer experience
  • Maintain accurate workforce data in CRM and MS Office

You’re organised, customer-focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You bring proven rostering or workforce coordination experience, with prior experience in NDIS or disability services highly regarded.

Known for your attention to detail and proactive, solutions-focused approach, you’re confident using MS Office and CRM systems and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

You’ll also hold (or be willing to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and complete the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
