About the Role

MSS Security is looking for a Rostering Coordinator (also known as Service Delivery Coordinators at MSS) where you will support a portfolio of clients to fulfil rosters, conduct and manage welfare calls, as well as provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders. Please note that this is an After hours opportunity with shifts starting 6pm to 6am, with work across weekdays and weekends.

What does the role involve?

  • Good knowledge and use of Microsoft applications

  • Desirable – Background in administration/Call Centre/Rostering or similar, and night shift experience.

About you

You are task driven and a self-motivated professional who is comfortable to handle service delivery under pressure and within time constraints.

You would have

  • Demonstrated experience in rostering, administration, or contact centre

  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional phone manner

  • Willing to undergo a National Police Check

  • Willing to work from our Parramatta office.

  • Australian citizenship required as some of our clients are government clients
