As a SaaS Account Manager within Commvault’s Velocity (SMB) team, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth across new and existing customer accounts, with a strong focus on our SaaS portfolio. You’ll own your customer relationships end to end - building trust, uncovering opportunities, and delivering value that helps customers succeed while accelerating recurring revenue.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment at the intersection of technology, customer success, and sales. Partnering closely with internal teams, you’ll develop smart account strategies, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and position Commvault’s SaaS solutions as critical to your customers’ data protection and cyber resilience journeys.

How you will make an impact

  • Identify sales opportunities by researching and prospecting (cold/warm call) within the assigned territory. 
  • Upsell and Cross-sell the client base within the assigned territory. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the platform to identify potential gaps and opportunities
  • Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations. 
  • Accurately forecast sales attainment. 
  • Where necessary, support marketing and channel efforts – tradeshows, partner events etc.

What you will bring

To be successful in the role, you should have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a sales/Account manager role within the SaaS industry
  • Track record of success and highlights in sales achievements.
  • Growth mindset, passion and enthusiasm for learning and developing your career.
  • Understanding and exposure to the RFP process.
  • High level of energy and ability to work autonomously.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to detect changes in circumstances or events.
  • Strong organisational, detail-oriented and time management skills
