Role overview

Given our exciting and progressive growth plans, we are looking for an exceptional Mandarin speaking Sales Account Manager (SMB) to join our global business.

Reporting to the Account Management Team Lead, and partnering closely with our Sales and Onboarding teams, you will own a portfolio of SMB Partners and be accountable for revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and increased product adoption. This is a quota-carrying, commission-earning role built for someone who enjoys commercial conversations, proactive outreach, and delivering month-on-month account spend growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working autonomously, and wants to make a visible impact on revenue performance across a large customer base.

To foster a collaborative environment that thrives on face-to-face interactions and teamwork, all Fresha employees work from our dog-friendly office five days per week.

Sydney office: Level 2, 364 Kent Street, Sydney NSW 2000

What you will be doing

  • Own revenue outcomes across your portfolio by carrying a monthly/quarterly expansion quota and driving consistent growth in account spend
  • Identify, qualify, and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing SMB Partners to increase product adoption and monetised revenue
  • Proactively engage your portfolio using a structured outbound cadence (calls, video, and face-to-face meetings) to create commercial opportunities, not just respond to requests
  • Analyse account performance and platform usage data to spot growth signals, prioritise accounts, and build targeted action plans
  • Run consultative sales conversations that clearly link Partner goals to Fresha solutions, handling objections and guiding Partners to the right products and features
  • Retain Partners by increasing value realised and addressing early churn risk through adoption, education, and commercial problem-solving
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers across your accounts to drive long-term revenue expansion
  • Partner with Sales, Onboarding, and internal teams to remove blockers, improve Partner outcomes, and accelerate growth across your book

What we are looking for

  • 1 to 2 years experience in outbound business development and/or a quota-carrying account management or sales role
  • Demonstrated ability to hit targets and stay motivated by revenue goals and commission outcomes
  • Confidence running commercial conversations (pricing, value articulation, negotiation, objection handling)
  • Strong organisation skills to manage a high-volume portfolio with a consistent cadence
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset and comfort operating in a changing environment
  • Experience selling into small businesses is a plus
  • SaaS or platform experience is beneficial, but not essential if you’ve sold value and outcomes before
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Creative problem-solving, with a test-and-learn approach to improving results

  • At Fresha, we value passion and potential as much as specific skills. If you're enthusiastic and eager to learn, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every listed requirement. We believe in fostering growth and providing the support needed for you to excel in your role.

Interview Process

  • Screen stage - Video-call with a member from the Talent Team - 30 MINUTES
  • 1st stage - Video-call/in-person with Hiring Manager - 45-60 MINUTES
  • Final stage - Video-call/in-person with Hiring Team - 60-75 MINUTES

  • We aim to complete the entire interview process and deliver feedback within 3 weeks.

Every job application received is reviewed manually by our talent team. While we strive to assess applications within 7 days, the sheer volume of talented individuals expressing interest may occasionally extend this timeframe

Inclusive workforce

At Fresha, we are creating a culture where individuals of all backgrounds feel comfortable.

We want all Fresha people to feel included and truly empowered to contribute fully to our vision and goals. Everyone who applies will receive fair consideration for employment.

We do not discriminate based on race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, gender identity, national origin, disability, or any other applicable legally protected characteristics in the location in which the candidate is applying.
