We are seeking dynamic Account Managers to support Eightcap’s growth by supporting both business development and relationship management, contributing to the growth and retention within the region.

The ideal candidates will have experience in a brokerage or fintech setting, with an ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Through strategic client acquisition and relationship management, the role plays a key part in company’s growth and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team in acquiring and managing business and wholesale trading clients.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to promote trading activity and product engagement.
  • Assist in the onboarding and compliance verification of new business.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, particularly in forex, indices, commodities, and equity derivatives.
  • Understand and explain trading platforms, tools, and features to clients.
  • Work towards meeting or exceeding individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and communicate new product offerings to clients.
  • Provide prompt and professional client support across email, phone, and chat platforms.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
  • Ensure adherence to ASIC regulatory guidelines and internal compliance procedures.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of foreign exchange products and services by initiating frequent contact with other financial or competitor institutions, partners, and stay informed about industry laws and regulations.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle process from initiation through compliance to the onboarded trading client.
  • Establish rapport and trust with clients by effectively presenting technical derivative trading solutions to clients.
  • Actively seek out new sources of leads and client referrals.
  • Provide ongoing assistance and support to clients (in a timely and professional manner), including technical support and operational support in relation to trading account and trading platform matters.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a financial services or sales role.
  • Passion for financial markets with a foundational understanding of CFDs and margin trading.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively across multicultural teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; confident in handling data and client records
  • Strong sales acumen - be a problem solver and go-getter “hunter” to deliver new business by increasing sales in trading technology.
  • Understanding of compliance and onboarding processes
  • Able to build and maintain long-term client relationships
