About The Job
We’re growing fast and looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to oversee customer engagement, lead distribution, and scheduling.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups on leads, and coordinating calendar assignments efficiently.
What you will do:
We are looking for a strong, independent professional that will execute on the entire sales administration which includes, but are not limited to:
- Respond to comments and messages on Facebook in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all scheduled meetings are assigned to the correct Closer or Customer Success representative.
- Monitor incoming leads and ensure they are claimed by a Sales Development Representative promptly.
- Ensure that all new leads are contacted immediately to optimize conversion rates.
- Handle additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
Who we are looking for:
- Fluent or native English speaker
- A proactive and resourceful attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- We are looking for fluent or native English speaker
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Possess cooperative qualities with good interpersonal skill and working attitude
- Available to start work immediately is a plus
