₱50,000–₱65,000/month base + uncapped commission | Australian EdTech | 100% WFH | Day Shift

Commissions in excess of ₱20,000 per month are common for meeting targets.

The Role

This is a full-cycle sales closing role with an established Australian online education company.

You’ll speak with Australians who have already enquired about courses — no cold calling and no lead generation.

Your job is to take ownership of the conversation, understand what the prospect is trying to achieve, uncover what may be holding them back, handle objections confidently, and move qualified prospects from interest through to enrolment and payment.

You own the full sales process:

Discovery → Qualification → Presentation → Objection Handling → Close → Payment

This is not an information, customer support, lead generation or appointment-setting role. You are responsible for closing the sale.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Speak with warm and inbound Australian prospects who have already expressed interest in a course

  • Run structured discovery calls to understand their goals, challenges, urgency and buying motivations

  • Ask strong follow-up questions and identify the real objection, not just respond to surface-level concerns

  • Match the prospect’s needs with the right course and clearly communicate its value

  • Handle price, timing, hesitation, trust and priority objections confidently without automatically resorting to discounts

  • Build trust and clarity while maintaining control and momentum in the conversation

  • Ask for the sale, close the deal and take successful prospects through enrolment and payment

  • Follow up qualified prospects who aren’t ready to enrol during the first conversation

  • Manage your own pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce

  • Work toward clear individual KPIs covering conversion, enrolments, revenue and follow-up performance

Requirements
Must Have
  • 3+ years of genuine phone-based sales closing experience

  • Proven experience selling to warm or inbound leads

  • Proven full-cycle sales experience, personally handling discovery, qualification, presentation, objection handling and closing

  • Experience personally securing sales, payments or customer commitments — not just generating leads, booking appointments or handing prospects to another closer

  • Strong discovery, questioning and active listening skills

  • Strong objection-handling ability, particularly around price, timing, hesitation and indecision

  • Confidence leading conversations, maintaining momentum and asking for the sale

  • Experience working toward individual sales, revenue or conversion targets

  • Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline

  • CRM experience — Salesforce or similar

  • Clear, confident spoken English suitable for Australian customers

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

Preferred

Experience in one or more of the following is highly regarded:

  • Course enrolment or education sales

  • High-ticket program or coaching sales

  • Financial or insurance advisory

  • Migration or study-abroad consulting

  • Professional or consulting services

  • SaaS sales

  • Premium memberships or other higher-value products or services

  • Salesforce experience

  • Experience selling to Australian customers

  • Experience selling to US, UK or other international markets

Industry is less important than your ability to sell. Strong communication alone isn’t enough — we’re looking for someone who has personally converted prospects into revenue.

What Great Selling Looks Like Here

We’re not looking for aggressive or manipulative salespeople.

We want someone who listens, asks good questions, understands what the prospect is really trying to achieve and can respectfully challenge hesitation when appropriate.

You should be comfortable getting underneath “It’s too expensive,” “I need to think about it,” and “Maybe next month” rather than simply sending information and waiting.

If the course is right for them, close it. If it isn’t, don’t force it.
