As a Sales Analyst, you will support account management and business development teams by executing data acquisition strategies and delivering information solutions. Responsibilities include data analysis, creating custom reports, and maintaining communication with customers.
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our account management and business development teams. You'll be responsible for executing our data acquisition strategy and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of information solutions to our data supplier partners. Your assignments will range from basic analysis and problem-solving to assisting in the development of complex solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch information services to our data supplier customers.
- Gather requirements, develop custom reports, fulfill report requests, and respond to customer inquiries with minimal supervision.
- Perform routine mathematical data analysis to create customer-specific solutions for unique business challenges faced by our data supplier partners.
- Validate data deliverables to ensure they meet customer specifications, including timeliness and quality.
- Identify and deliver proactive marketplace insights to customers.
- Serve as a backup for other analysts.
- Maintain effective internal communications with teams to stay updated on activities within the customer base.
- Proactively develop knowledge of the pharmaceutical marketplace, including both traditional (pharma) and non-traditional (supplier) applications of IQVIA data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least two (2) years of experience in business intelligence, marketing analysis, sales analysis, KAM or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel preferred PowerBI and/or Tableau.
- Intermediate English.
