world, is looking for a passionate and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager
to join our great team in Australia.
Preferred location: Flexible, preference for TAS, Bundaberg or Melbourne
Responsibilities
- Generate business plans to deliver growth expectations in Australia.
- Establish long term business relationships and presence within the marketplace.
- Build a significant sales pipeline and contribute to company’s revenue.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with partners including commercial, legal, financial and marketing aspects.
- Advance and establish new opportunities with existing relationships and define revenue opportunities.
- Lead internal interfaces and operations in order to deliver upon customer requirements
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales and/or business development experience in new markets
- Must have experience in the Ag Industry and has wide networks
- Great negotiation skills
- Excellent business judgment, creative problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent project management, communications, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills
