Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. About the role:

As the Senior Manager, Industry Growth at Tyro you will have overall responsibility for driving growth within a designated industry vertical. This is a player/coach role and you will lead the acquisition of new designated industry vertical partners and clients and uncover and cultivate new high value opportunities. 

What you'll do:
  • Establish and execute an effective growth strategy for the designated industry vertical to deliver consistent growth in new partners and partner activation, to deliver application and transaction volume.

Executing on the growth strategy:

  • Identifying and signing key strategic channel partners.

  • Identifying high growth potential partners within the current partner portfolio.

  • Activating channel partners to drive lead growth - conversion of lead volume to achieve application and transaction volume targets along with greater adoption of multiple Tyro APIs.

  • Collaborate with integration support, sales/business development, and product teams to assist with the execution of the strategy and achievement of growth targets.

  • Effectively maintain and update pipeline in SFDC.

What you'll bring:
  • A deep understanding of intermediary sales methodologies.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering professional growth and accountability.

  • Strong ability to quickly articulate current situations and to manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Previous experience in using a CRM to track sales, pipelines etc (Salesforce preferred).

  • An ability to work with cross-functional teams.
