Job Description

You’ll join our Agent Services Team, ensuring every potential customer feels supported, informed, and confident as they navigate the next steps in their home loan journey. Working within a collaborative, people-focused team, you’ll help Australians achieve their home ownership goals while building meaningful relationships along the way.

This role focuses on managing and nurturing a pipeline of leads, booking qualified appointments, and turning conversations into real sales opportunities through proactive communication and relationship-building.

What you'll do:

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads from multiple sources, including real estate referrals, website enquiries, and internal or partner networks. 
  • Consistently meet monthly appointment and pipeline goals to drive sales growth.
  • Respond promptly and maintain ongoing communication to maximise conversion opportunities.
  • Keep Salesforce and internal systems up to date to support forecasting and decision-making.
  • Work closely with Customer Service Managers, BDMs, and brokers to ensure smooth and professional customer experiences.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales or appointment setting, with a proven track record in managing and nurturing leads.
  • Background in home loans or real estate.
  • Comfortable using Salesforce or other CRM systems (training provided).
  • Skilled at turning leads into qualified opportunities through meaningful follow-up and relationship-building.
  • Confident, personable, and professional, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-focused, always looking for ways to engage and support customers.
