We have an unique opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join us based in either Huntingwood NSW or Scoresby VIC to play a key role in the lead of a brand entrant in the Australian Material Handling industry. We are seeking someone who is experienced in the Material Handling industry, is results driven, has a strong passion for sales and wants to build and lead a successful team.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of Sales Professionals to ensure their activities work towards achieving company goals.

  • Establish a strategic plan lead a new brand entrant to the Australian Material Handling market.

  • Drive new business development and market share growth by establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships.

  • To present, promote and sell products and services to external customers while providing support to Sales and Service.

  • Drive New, Used and STR Order intake and ensure financial results are met in line with budget. 

  • Conduct regular sales meetings and track compliance to sales procedures in dealing with customers and prospective customers. 

Requirements for success:

  • A strong background in in the Material Handling equipment sales or related industries within Australia.

  • Demonstrated success in building and developing a brand.

  • Experience in sales leadership and execution of successful sales strategies.

  • Desirable tertiary qualifications including Degree in Sales and Marketing, Management Certificate, Advanced Sales Management, Courses, Basic Finance.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
