Overview
This role provides administrative and operational support across sales operations, sales support, and channel operations. The position ensures that data, tools, and processes run smoothly so that sales teams, partners, and distributors can focus on closing business.

Key Responsibilities

    Sales Operations Support
  • Maintain CRM records (SFDC/Clari), ensuring data accuracy for pipeline and forecasting.
  • Prepare standard reports and dashboards for leadership.
  • Assist with quarter-end processes, backlog tracking, and exception handling.
  • Sales Support & Strategic Sales Rep Tasks
  • Generate quotes, configurations, and discount approval requests.
  • Support deal registration and coordinate with partners on submissions.
  • Help run sales campaigns/promotions and update progress in CRM.
  • Track and follow up on partner/customer requests to ensure timely responses.
  • Channel Operations Admin
  • Collect and organize POS, backlog, and inventory reports from distributors.
  • Log and track E2Open exceptions and breakage reports.
  • Support channel incentive/rebate program documentation.
  • Consolidate channel data for weekly/monthly reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years in sales support, admin, or operations roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work across teams, and handle time-sensitive requests.

  • Keeps systems and reports up-to-date and reliable.
  • Reduces administrative load for sales and channel teams.
  • Ensures partner and distributor data flows are accurate and on time.
  • Contributes to smooth sales cycles and faster deal closure.
