Monday 9am to 5pm 

Tuesday 11am to 2pm

Wednesday11am to 2pm

The opportunity: You are a self-motivated, friendly retailer/customer service expert seeking a new challenge to join our Retail Team. You will be the face of Travelex, representing our brand by promoting our exciting travel money products, exceeding customer expectations, and owning the Travelex store like it’s your own.

Key accountabilities:

· Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targets

· Maximize sales and promote to all customers our Travelex product range

· Embrace the digital mindset via social media – Google reviews/Facebook/Instagram

· Monitor stock levels and fully investigate overs and shorts (differences) and report

· Comply with all company and location policy and procedures, including legal requirements

Your experience:

· Passion for Travel and positive can-do attitude

· Excellent verbal communication and written comprehension skills

· Able to work independently and as a member of a team

· Enjoys working with numbers and detail in a structured environment

· Retail, cash-handling, and/or banking experience is desirable (but not essential)

· Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detail

· A strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against KPIs

· Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externally
