  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various levels of the sales organisation in order to continuously evangelise the use of the CRM.
  • Analyse CRM data to identify trends, uncover opportunities for process improvement, and provide actionable insights to CRM and Sales Leadership.
  • Act as a team leader and mentor to the Sales CRM Analysts, and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders in Sales Operations, Technology, and across the broader business.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • A background in media sales with an understanding of the day-to-day operational requirements of a multi-platform sales organisation.
  • An understanding of large scale, multi-phase and constantly evolving technology solutions.
  • You are highly organised, process-oriented, and skilled at translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Skilled in training end-users and creating effective documentation. You possess excellent communication skills and can confidently engage with sales teams.
  • A strong ability to analyse data, build insightful reports, and use that information to recommend process improvements.
  • Experience or a strong aptitude for mentoring junior team members and working effectively across multiple business units.
  • Previous experience with the Salesforce platform is highly desirable.
