So, what’s the role all about?

The Sales Development Representative is the very first contact that customers and partners have at NICE. You will have the opportunity to interact with lots of different people and businesses, and you will have the opportunity to create an incredible first impression for Nice’s customer over the phone, on chat on our website and over email and social channels. The purpose of this position is to generate new sales qualified leads for our Corporate and Enterprise sales teams, provide an immediate response to all inbound enquiries and proactively target customers with outbound calls, emails and social outreach, who would benefit from Nice’s services. You will work very closely with our Marketing, Channel and Sales teams to continually generate new target accounts and prospect into them using multiple difference techniques to ensure success. Specifically, you will support marketing activities by generating interest for events, webinars and promotions, ensuring good attendance, then follow up and converting marketing leads into sales qualified leads.  

How will you make an impact?  

  • Exceptional communication and presentations skills that build confidence and credibility. Possess flexibility and confidence. Be able to articulate and confidently explain complex models in a clear simplified manner
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications or similar field or equivalent work experience required
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales
  • Solid understanding of prospecting and qualification techniques
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing environments
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding business generation targets
  • Experience in working with CRM and Prosecting tools

Have you got what it takes?

  • Software related sales preferred
  • Experience in VoIP-related and contact center technology helpful
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Minimal amount of travel required
