Our APAC team is looking for a Sales Development Representative to help drive growth across the region. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home as well as from our Sydney office. At SoSafe, we’re scaling fast in the IT security space – and we’re looking for ambitious SDRs to grow with us. This is your chance to kickstart your sales career, make an impact early, and follow a clear path to promotion into Account Executive roles or team leadership. If you’re driven, curious, and eager to build a future in tech sales, we want to hear from you.

Your mission:

  • Initiating contact with C-level and IT security decision-makers across a range of segments, from SMB to Enterprise

  • Proactively approaching potential new customers through various channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Presenting our cutting-edge solutions to potential customers and at events

  • Collaborating with experienced Account Executives to close new deals

  • Generating valuable sales opportunities and qualified leads for the sales team

  • Qualifying inbound leads and identifying high-potential customers for further follow-up

What makes you a great fit:

  • Minimum 6 months' outbound sales experience

  • Coachability and openness to feedback, with a willingness to learn and improve

  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening, and confidence in customer interactions

  • The aptitude to work in an organised and goal-oriented manner, even under pressure

  • A growth mindset with the persistence to overcome obstacles and progress in your career

  • A performance-driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving results

  • Experience with CRM and outreach tools is a plus

  • Fluency in English
