Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Development Representative to spearhead our expansion within the Australian and Singaporean markets. In this role, you will act as the frontline ambassador for a leading financial consultancy, engaging with senior finance leadership at major enterprises. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, qualifying leads to rigorous standards, and driving the adoption of world-class financial technology implementations. This is a pivotal role for a sales professional who thrives in a sophisticated, consultancy-led environment and is looking to make a measurable impact on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tenure: 3+ years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Target Audience: Demonstrated experience selling to and influence-mapping senior finance leadership (CFOs, FDs, or VPs of Finance).
  • Location & Hours: Based in the APAC region and able to work Australian business hours.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills; a natural Australian accent is highly preferred for this specific territory.
  • Training Commitment: Ability to commit to an initial two-week training period operating on UK (BST/GMT) time.
  • Mindset: Highly organized with a "can-do" attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Outbound Sales, or Lead Generation
  • Fluency in French (C1/C2 level) and strong English communication skills
  • Proven experience targeting or selling into French-speaking markets (France, Belgium, Switzerland, Quebec)
  • Strong track record of exceeding outbound sales targets
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Highly self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
  • Experience in SaaS, Tech, or B2B services is highly preferred
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience selling consultancy services or high-value financial technology implementations.
  • Familiarity with the following platforms: CCH Tagetik, Workiva, Sage Intacct, FloQast, Pigment, Oracle NetSuite, or Kyriba.
  • 5+ years of total sales experience.
  • Background in generating and qualifying leads specifically for industry events.
  • Knowledge of the SaaS sector or general financial services.
