About the Role:
The Enterprise Sales Development Representative role at CrowdStrike is your gateway to a high-impact career in cybersecurity sales, focusing on large-scale organisations across ANZ.
This strategic position is designed for ambitious professionals who excel at C-level engagement, possess strong business acumen, and are passionate about enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions. You'll be working with complex, high-value opportunities while developing the expertise needed for a successful career in enterprise sales.

What You'll Do:
Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns targeting senior executives (CISOs, CIOs, CTOs) within enterprise organisations
Navigate complex organizational structures to identify and engage key decision-makers and stakeholders
Utilise sophisticated sales intelligence tools and enterprise-level research to create personalised, value-driven approaches
Orchestrate multi-threaded outreach strategies combining executive-level phone calls, targeted emails, and strategic LinkedIn engagement
Generate and qualify high-value enterprise opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound enterprise lead follow-up
Conduct detailed discovery calls to understand enterprise-scale security challenges and align CrowdStrike's enterprise solutions
Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Managers to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies
Meet and exceed enterprise pipeline generation targets with significant commission potential (uncapped)
You will be trained in taking the complexities of cyber security and simplifying this so you can have meaningful conversations with customer focused on solving their problems
Finally, you will commit to continual improvement and will undertake our formal progression certifications over your time in sales development that will prepare you for opportunities to promote into roles as an account executive, account manager, sales engineer and more (CrowdStrike has a rich history of former SDR’s who are now excelling in promoted roles)
What You’ll Need:
Minimum 1 years+ of B2B sales/business development experience in a complex SaaS organisation, with frequent exposure to enterprise customers
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex decision-making processes
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage C-level executives confidently
Strategic mindset with ability to understand and articulate enterprise-level business challenges
Demonstrated interest in cybersecurity and enterprise technology solutions
Track record of consistently exceeding targets in a metrics-driven environment
A desire to build a career and progress at CrowdStrike
Experience with enterprise sales tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) a plus
