Our Sales Development interns partner with the Sales and Success Account Teams to drive projects that build sales pipeline. You will report to an Sales Development Manager.

What you'll do:

  • Accountable for projects surrounding meeting setting, outbound prospecting, conversion, quota, and activity metrics.
  • Successful creation and analysis of value-driven messaging and persona identification
  • Fun projects to create emails and video prospecting to drive value for our customers.
  • Collaboration with the account teams and key stakeholders.
  • We work inside SFDC, Gong, Outreach and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Commit to a 12 week full-time (40hrs/week) internship during Summer 2025


More About You

  • Currently enrolled in 4 a year full-time degree program and returning to the program after the completion of the internship, graduating by May/June 2026
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Business Strategy, Business Administration, Communications, or similar program
  • Experience in project or group management

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $31/hr - $50/hr
Zone B: $28/hr - $45/hr
Zone C: $25/hr - $42/hr
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
