We’re looking for a charismatic, driven, and organised Sales Development Representative (SDR for short) to be the friendly voice on the phone and the trusted go-to for our pharmacy partners. Think of yourself as the matchmaker between Leafio and forward-thinking pharmacies nationwide.
💼 What you'll be doing:
Finding and charming new pharmacies to join the Leafio family
Taking warm leads, cold leads, and everything in between, and turning them into happy partners.
Nurturing your pharmacy portfolio, like a prize-winning bonsai—helping them grow and thrive.
Working closely with our Key Account Managers to transition high-volume pharmacies once they’re up and running.
Managing systems and admin—ensuring pharmacy accounts are set up, orders are tracked, and goods are delivered on time.
Sharing exciting news about new products, ranges, and updates with your pharmacy network (we love a good product drop).
Keeping our CRM tidy with notes, updates, and insights from your daily conversations.
Rolling up your sleeves to support the wider sales and customer service team whenever needed
Qualifications
- 3-4+ years previous work experience in a B2B high activity sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving strong sales results in a solution sales environment - i.e. Telesales
- A demonstrated high aptitude for implementing a structured sales process
- A confident phone manner; a great listener
- Diligence in your structured and timely follow up in the pursuit of growing the business
- Strong influencer capabilities; ability to relate to the needs of a pharmacy proprietor
- Energetic attitude and the willingness to roll your sleeves up and grow with a fast paced business
- Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently
- Self-motivated, self-directed and goal-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
