We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team based in Sydney. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Development, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching enterprise initiatives, challenges and IT roadmaps to build strong relationships with cybersecurity leaders
  • Creating highly personalized, account-based outreach through calls, emails, social media, and videos to foster engagement
  • Initiating meaningful conversations with CXOs and cybersecurity leaders to explore their projects and priorities
  • Scheduling qualified meetings with decision-makers to advance sales opportunities

What We Are Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field
  • Proven expertise in account development, opportunity qualification, call planning, and territory management
  • Communicating the value of Zscaler’s Zero Trust security model and confidently handle objections
  • Ability to quickly grasp and articulate technology concepts

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong attention to detail and a desire to succeed
  • Team player who possesses an ability to adapt and work in a fast paced, goal-oriented high growth sales environment
  • Experience in CRM systems (preferably salesforce.com)vant field
