This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
Job DescriptionAs part of the Montu ecosystem, Leafio works directly with thousands of pharmacies all across the country, providing them with a comprehensive range of alternative healthcare brands and products. Aiming to provide product on-demand and on time, its east coast-based warehouses dispatch every day of the week to a network of more than 3,000 pharmacies around Australia.
What you’ll be doing:
- Reaching out to new pharmacies and introducing them to what Leafio offers.
- Converting a mix of warm and cold leads into active pharmacy partners.
- Building strong relationships with your pharmacy portfolio, helping them grow and succeed.
- Working alongside our Key Account Managers to hand over high-volume pharmacies once they’re established.
- Making sure everything runs smoothly—setting up accounts, tracking orders, and following up on deliveries.
- Keeping pharmacy partners in the loop about new products, ranges, and updates.
- Keeping our CRM up to date with notes and insights from your conversations.
- Pitching in across the sales and customer service teams when extra hands are needed.
- 3–4+ years in a high-activity B2B sales environment (telesales or similar)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a solution-based role
- Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Comfortable following a structured sales process and refining it as you go
- Diligent with timely follow-up and pipeline management
- Confident influencing decision-makers—especially small business owners
- Energetic, proactive, and eager to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced team
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities without dropping the ball
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working with autonomy
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
