Given the big success we have had so far this year, we are continuing to grow and are on the hunt for our next generation of sales development representatives supporting our APAC region. Our focus remains in the mid-market and enterprise space across new and existing business and we are looking to fill multiple roles supporting our inbound motion as well as building our strategy to help support existing customers get the most from monday. As a Sales Development Representative you’ll be working closely with the Sales Development Manager, Account Executives and marketing team to create and qualify new and expansion pipeline for aligned account executives to close.
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll:
About The Role
- Handle inbound requests from potential prospects interested in exploring monday.com
- Comprehensively qualify prospects according to our MEDDPICC methodology and set up meetings with product consultants (our Account Executives).
- Cross-sell and multi-thread across accounts to drive value of the monday.com product.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, sales counterparts, and cross-functional parties
- Create and maintain strong internal relationships
- Proactively design performance optimisation plans to improve key metrics and results (SQLs, opportunities, pipeline generation, won ARR, etc.)
- Maintain high levels of quality activity
- Effectively manage pipeline and nurtures unconverted leads
Requirements
- One year of prior experience required, preferably in SaaS, with a strong emphasis on outbound calling experience
- Strong communication skills-written and verbal with the ability to connect with an influence C-suite
- Passion for the product and talking to our customers to learn more about their needs
- Good time management and analytical skills
- Experience carrying and exceeding KPIs and targets
- Confident and driven with the ability to drive and own the strategy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Sydney office.
