As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, generating new business opportunities and setting up our Business Development Managers for success. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in B2B sales across the ANZ market, where your drive and relationship-building skills make a real impact.

Role based in either our Sydney or Melbourne office 

What you’ll do

  • Generate and qualify leads via HubSpot, cold calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
    Represent Prezzee’s gifting solutions and demonstrate their value.
  • Build lasting relationships with prospects and uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop effective outreach strategies.

About you

  • Experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident in phone-based outreach and handling objections.
  • Organised, disciplined, and motivated by achieving goals.
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM software is a plus.
  • Ambitious and eager to grow your career in B2B sales.
