The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join I Am Here as the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Sales Director. As Sales Director you are a self-starter who lives and breathes delivering targets and exceeding expectations. You have proven yourself in B2B sales. You know the value of building strong relationships, especially with executives, and you are passionate about demonstrating how a mentally healthy workplace can boost their bottom line. 

 

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and taking the steps to grow and continually improve services for Clients is your normal operating rhythm. You are energised by the opportunity to shape the future of wellbeing at ANZ workplaces, one partnership at a time.

 

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Results-Oriented Approach - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and consistently driving year-over-year revenue growth through business development and client retention.
  • Proven B2B Sales Success (3+ Years) - A self-driven, high-performing sales professional with a hunter-gatherer mindset. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and achieving top performance. Ability to autonomously drive a sales agenda while proactively engaging the right support to secure deals. Experience in health and/or insurance industries is desirable.
  • Executive-Level Engagement - Strong ability to build relationships and partner with senior executives, to identify the mental health and wellbeing needs of their organisation and partner with them to develop tailored, valued solutions.
  • Active Listening and Collaborative Problem Solving - A naturally curious mindset with the ability to understand complex challenges, connect the right services and teams, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Strategic Nature - You are always thinking ahead, keeping your finger on improvements in industry and identifying how the business can create more value for Clients through enhanced wellbeing offerings. 
  • Network and Connections - Strong professional network and industry connections, with the ability to leverage relationships for business growth and strategic opportunities.
  • Commercial Acumen - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities, drive revenue growth, and make strategic business decisions.
