Sensor Tower is hiring a Sales Director based in Australia to drive our mission of measuring the digital economy by connecting businesses with the powerful insights provided by our platform. This role focuses on expanding Sensor Tower’s presence in Australia and helping mobile app and digital advertising brands harness data to make informed decisions.
What You Will Do:
- Own the entire customer journey from prospecting to closing new business, managing renewals, and driving upsells.
- Source and close new business to regularly meet and exceed sales targets.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans to expand market penetration and increase ARR.
- Develop strong client relationships by engaging with all levels of decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Conduct strategic account reviews and QBRs to optimise customer success and identify expansion opportunities.
- Identify and leverage market trends, competitive insights, and industry shifts to provide value-driven solutions to clients.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Client Services, Finance, etc.) to exceed client expectations.
- Manage and track pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and account management.
- Advocate for product enhancements and improvements, bridging the gap between customer needs and product development.
Experience We Are Looking For:
- Established Network: A robust network of senior contacts in Australia's mobile, digital advertising, and AdTech industries.
- Proven SaaS Sales Experience: A successful record of selling SaaS solutions, consistently achieving and exceeding quotas.
- Strong track record in closing new business, exceeding quotas, and growing accounts through upsells and renewals.
- Ability to sell data-driven SaaS solutions and communicate complex technical insights clearly and compellingly.
- Deep understanding of the digital economy, including mobile, online, and AdTech industries.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting.
