Are you a highly motivated and experienced sales person with a deep passion for the food and beverage industry?

At Ordermentum, our purpose is to create a more sustainable food and beverage industry, by helping venues and suppliers trade smarter. Since launching in 2014, we’ve grown a massive network of +45k of your favourite cafes, restaurants and bars (almost half the venues in the country!) ordering $1.5b+ a year from over 1000+ local, wholesale suppliers. In September 2023, we announced a new capital raise and our acquisition of the Foodbomb business to further extend our market-leading position.

We are searching for an experienced Sales Enablement professional with expertise in designing and training sales methodologies to build high performing Sales and CSM teams.  

What you will do:

  • Build & execute the sales enablement strategy to uplevel the Sales and CSM capabilities by implementing sales methodologies and quality assurance processes to drive commercial outcomes for the business. 
  • Deeply understand needs and challenges of sales, onboarding and customer success teams to customise & implement sales methodologies relevant by team.
  • Create training materials and deliver training to teams over in-person and online sessions to establish sales methodology practices. 
  • Conduct call calibrations and coaching sessions with sales, onboarding and customer success team members to provide feedback on strengths and areas of improvement to lift performance.
  • Conduct benchmarking across the teams and partner closely with team leads to provide insights on how to improve team performance.  
  • Work collaboratively with operations teams to effectively capture call calibrations and sales methodology scoring across the sales funnel.    
  • Develop annual sales enablement plan and quarterly goals driven by the analysis of team performance and feedback. 

What you have:

  • 5+ years experience in sales enablement in SaaS industry 
  • An entrepreneurial spirit for creating/customising sales methodologies to meet the needs of the business and teams.  
  • Experience fostering effective working relationships, quickly building rapport and engagement with x-functionals leaders to get buy-in and support. 
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to identifying key challenges and finding solutions 
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and quality assurance to contribute to the creation of high performance teams. 
  • A genuine desire to support and collaborate with other team members and share insights and best practices
