Working with Business Development Managers, Customer Success and the wider eShepherd team, you'll play a key role in expanding market adoption across Australia.

This is a predominantly work-from-home role, with occasional travel for customer visits, field days, demonstrations and industry events.

  • Utilise CRM and sales reporting tools to manage activity, forecasting and opportunity progression.

  • Support regional sales strategies and contribute to customer adoption and revenue growth.

  • Develop trusted relationships with farmers, producers and industry stakeholders.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to individual farming businesses.

  • Position eShepherd solutions using a consultative sales approach.

  • Lead customer discussions, manage objections and support successful onboarding.

  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline growth, conversion rates and regional revenue outcomes.

What you'll bring
  • Experience in sales, business development, territory management, account management or customer engagement.

  • Experience within agriculture, AgTech, livestock, dairy, grazing systems or a related industry.

  • Understanding of livestock farming, grazing systems and pasture management across beef and dairy operations.

  • Proven success generating leads, building pipeline and converting opportunities into sales.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • CRM discipline and commercial awareness.

  • A proactive, customer-focused and results-driven approach.

Why eShepherd?
  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.

  • A predominantly work-from-home role with flexibility and autonomy.

  • The excitement of a scaling company with 88 years of Gallagher innovation and stability.

  • Career growth opportunities as we scale globally.

  • Tools and technology that support your success.

  • Supportive team culture focused on collaboration and practical problem-solving.

  • Employee Assistance Program and wellbeing initiatives.

If you're passionate about agriculture, sales and technology that is reshaping livestock farming, we'd love to hear from you.

Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and the role may be filled before the closing date.
