As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction across the ANZ region. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day customer interactions, overseeing sales operations, and serving as the first point of contact for client escalations. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering value to customers.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Sales Operations Management

  • Oversee and maintain Salesforce hygiene for all sales opportunities in the ANZ region.
  • Track and report on sales pipeline progress, forecasting, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals, contracts, and follow-ups.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Act as the first level of contact for customer escalations, working closely with the Customer Success Manager to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Campaign and Opportunity Execution

  • Support the execution of sales campaigns and initiatives, including lead generation and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and value propositions.

Strategic Account Support

  • Assist in account planning and strategy development for key clients.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with relevant teams to pursue them.
     

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the ANZ market.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.
