About the RoleAs part of the Commercial Operations team, you’ll play a critical role in optimising the effectiveness of TGE’s sales function. You’ll lead the end-to-end transformation of our SIP, ensuring it’s efficient and also aligned with business goals and performance outcomes.
You’ll work closely with the Sales Performance Manager, Finance, and People & Culture (Rem & Ben) teams to ensure our incentive structures are fair, motivating, and future-ready.
What You’ll DoRedesign and lead the transformation of the Sales Incentive Program (SIP)
Automate calculations and systemise reporting for greater accuracy and efficiency
Improve transparency and trust in performance measurement and rewards
Align incentives with business strategy, finance reporting, and governance standards
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in performance tracking
Enable real-time visibility through dashboards, leaderboards, and streamlined reporting
Lead roadmap development for SIP and performance tech enablement
Reduced manual processes and improved system accuracy
Timely and accurate release of targets, territories, and performance updates
Increased sales team satisfaction with incentive transparency
On-time delivery of SIP enhancements and roadmap milestones
5+ years in sales operations, incentive program management, or performance transformation
Strong analytical and project management skills
Experience with Excel (essential) and Power BI, CRM tools like Salesforce ( nice to have), and incentive systems
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders
A passion for empowering high-performing sales teams
Experience in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma accreditation a plus)
