What you can expect
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for enabling, and managing a team of EX Sellers, across APJ - including Asia, Japan and ANZ. You will manage business planning for accounts that fall within the segments. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, outbound-focused leader who thrives in the trenches—coaching, motivating, and leading from the front to accelerate results. You will be responsible for both net-new customer acquisition efforts as well as cross-sell efforts into existing Zoom relationships.

As part of the ongoing global expansion of Workvivo, we need the best sales professionals to deliver the ultimate customer experience, partner with our customers to deliver a fantastic employee experience and continue to meet our growth ambitions.

What we’re looking for

  • Have leadership experience managing a high performing team rapidly growing industry segment (ideally) in Employee Experience, Unified Communications or Employee centric technology SaaS technology sales

  • Have an inspiring leader persona, focussing teams on a philosophy of sales development & execution through a business outcome & client satisfaction approach

  • Have experience of leading/selling business transformative solutions in the areas of Digital Workplace Transformation

  • Have experience achieving consistent quota over achievement in previous roles

  • Have experience of building relationships and communicating with all levels and departments within an organization

  • Have expertise in business forecasting, pipeline development and people management skills are required
