As the Sales Manager - Data Centres, you will be offering solutions that range from technically complex to high-end integrated or bespoke solutions. You will provide consultative selling to end users, consultants and contractors. Solutions are offered in collaboration with internal technical, business and functional teams.

 

Drive secured orders in Data Center Cooling segment.

  • Deliver growth across hyperscalers, colocation operators, local DC owners, enterprise data centers, developers, and EPCs.

  • Win through matrix‑organizational selling while self‑prospecting and owning opportunities end‑to‑end

  • Develop and Execute the regional strategy while generating independent pipeline, not relying solely on HQ-driven hyperscaler opportunities.

  • Build predictable deal flow in the Pacific region and selectively pursue high value opportunities.

 

Build and lead a high-performance sales function through matrix reporting 

  • Run structured pipeline reviews with disciplined forecast accuracy and full CRM compliance.

  • Coach sellers on deal qualification, early influence, and commercial clarity.

  • Enforce strong tender quality, margin protection, and pricing discipline.

 

Lead major deals, owning it though to close

  • Coordinate commercial packages for hyperscaler bids and other strategic pursuits.

  • Align internally with regional/HQ teams on large opportunities.

  • Ensure high-quality proposals, tight tender submissions, and robust commercial positioning.

 

Anchor strong market presence

  • Maintain senior-level relationships with EPCs, consultants, DC operators, and developers.

  • Embed disciplined strategic account management practices, ensuring structured account planning, multi‑level relationship mapping, proactive whitespace identification, and consistent execution of long‑term growth plans across priority customers.

  • Ensure early engagement, consultant alignment, spec influence, pre-RFP visibility.

  • Establish predictable visibility into upcoming projects in your market.

 

Control portfolio health

  • Drive payment discipline and maintain a clean order to cash cycle.

  • Ensure CRM, forecasting, and reporting accuracy.

 

What we look for:

  • Minimum Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

  • At least 5 years of experience as Senior Sales in HVAC (chiller), pump, cooling tower, contractor, elevator 

  • Industry and technical fluency in Data Center and/or Building ecosystems, ideally spanning HVAC/cooling, EPC/consultant engagement, and hyperscaler/colo procurement processes, with the ability to translate technical solutions into compelling business outcomes.

  • Experience driving outcomes through a matrix structure, aligning cross‑functional, regional, and global stakeholders to influence decisions, coordinate resources, and deliver successful commercial and project execution.

  • Strong strategic account management discipline, including account planning, stakeholder mapping (economic, technical, and executive), whitespace identification, and multi‑year growth execution.

  • Strong Discipline and experience with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.

  • Resilient, proactive, and highly self‑driven, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, maintain momentum, and consistently push opportunities forward.

  • Exceptional relationship‑builder and communicator, able to engage confidently at all levels—from technical stakeholders to senior executives—while fostering trust and collaboration across internal and external teams.
