This is a role with our latest product: ShopBack Pay - a new initiative that helps customers earn Cashback in the offline world, and allows merchants to execute marketing initiatives effectively and efficiently.

Your Adventure Ahead

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing opportunities to expand existing partnerships and maximize merchant value.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire enterprise and national merchant partners, aligning with ShopBack Pay’s growth objectives.
  • Lead high-value negotiations to structure and close deals that create mutual benefits for ShopBack and our partners.
  • Act as a trusted partner for merchants, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across enterprise businesses.
  • Manage key initiatives, including POS integrations, payment adoption strategies, and performance optimization.
  • Utilize insights and data-driven recommendations to help merchants enhance their performance and maximize customer engagement.

Essentials to Succeed

  • Have 4+ years of experience in business development, account management, or partnerships, ideally in a high-growth or tech-driven environment
  • Bring a strong network within F&B (Enterprise/ QSR) or Retail (Fashion/ Electronics/ Grocery/ Enterprise) and hands-on experience in the merchant ecosystem, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics.
  • Are a self-starter with a relentless, solutions-driven mindset, always finding ways to overcome challenges.
  • Excel at building relationships and influencing stakeholders, backed by strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Are resilient and adaptable, seeing setbacks as opportunities to learn and improve.
  • Are passionate about contributing to a fast-growing startup and shaping the future of a high-impact business.
