Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing relationship and identifying opportunities by visiting existing customers and new prospects periodically to understand their new requirements.
  • Responsible for forecasting and achieving sales targets in the identified business segments and territory
  • Liaising with industry experts and material suppliers to grow Nordson business.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support development of applications and/or customizations to meet customers’ specifications.
  • Lead team to have correct input in C4C for all opportunities
  • Provide expert guidance and training to team to enhance the post-purchase relationship with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with OEM’s and external vendors to realize project needs
  • Provide regular reports as required by management.
  • Other job-related duties as required

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics streams from a recognized board/university, and a minimum of ten years full time direct experience in the technical sales of capital goods and exposure to customer relationship management

Preferred Skills and Abilities

  • Good communication skill and networking as a leader
  • Strongly self-motivated and result oriented
  • Analytical thinking with managerial capabilities
  • Manpower management skills necessary

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

  • Employee will be required to travel within ANZ quite often
  • In some year, will be required to join APAC meetings outside the country
