Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing relationship and identifying opportunities by visiting existing customers and new prospects periodically to understand their new requirements.
- Responsible for forecasting and achieving sales targets in the identified business segments and territory
- Liaising with industry experts and material suppliers to grow Nordson business.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support development of applications and/or customizations to meet customers’ specifications.
- Lead team to have correct input in C4C for all opportunities
- Provide expert guidance and training to team to enhance the post-purchase relationship with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with OEM’s and external vendors to realize project needs
- Provide regular reports as required by management.
- Other job-related duties as required
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics streams from a recognized board/university, and a minimum of ten years full time direct experience in the technical sales of capital goods and exposure to customer relationship management

- Analytical thinking with managerial capabilities
- Manpower management skills necessary
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
- Employee will be required to travel within ANZ quite often
- In some year, will be required to join APAC meetings outside the country
