What You'll Do

As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets and deliver top-notch customer satisfaction. You'll be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships and a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build, guide, and inspire a team of BDEs to consistently exceed sales and distribution objectives

  • Cultivate a culture of high performance through coaching, mentoring, and engagement with Aristocrat’s Values

  • Lead structured activities including sales meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews to ensure team alignment and motivation

  • Oversee the team’s efforts in maximizing customer coverage and developing meaningful, long-term relationships

  • Actively participate in key account management, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning to meet customer needs

  • Ensure CRM systems are up-to-date with accurate customer details, engagement plans, and account strategies

  • Stay ahead of industry trends by monitoring competitor strategies, products, and campaigns

  • Use market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and optimize revenue and market share

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who:

  • Brings extensive experience in sales and a track record of people management success.

  • Has outstanding negotiation, communication, and leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire and engage.

  • Is commercially savvy with strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with BI tools.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and embraces innovation.

  • Bonus points for gaming industry experience—but it’s not essential!

  • A natural ability to develop relationships and connect with stakeholders at all levels.
