What we need
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts in Hong Kong, acting as our solo pioneer and brand ambassador in-market. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role that requires ad tech expertise, strong agency relationships, and the entrepreneurial spirit to grow LoopMe’s presence from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for building and managing a robust pipeline of digital advertising opportunities across media agencies and driving adoption of LoopMe’s differentiated solutions across mobile, video, CTV, and native.
As our Sales Manager, you will be...
- Taking full ownership of LoopMe’s commercial growth in Hong Kong, building and closing a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Developing and expanding relationships across media agencies, with a focus on both new business and upsell
- Partnering with internal teams (client service, ad ops, product) to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
- Delivering tailored, persuasive sales presentations that connect our offering to client KPIs and business challenges
- Championing LoopMe’s differentiated approach to AI-powered brand outcomes, performance measurement, and programmatic activation
- Maintaining accurate pipeline tracking and revenue forecasting through CRM and reporting tools
You'll have
- Proven success in digital media sales, ideally with a focus on mobile, video, and programmatic advertising
- Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, measurement, and performance-based media
- A strong network of decision-makers and influencers across media agencies in Hong Kong
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client engagement skills
- A self-starter mentality – able to operate autonomously, hustle with purpose, and open doors in a competitive market
- A collaborative mindset – willing to roll up your sleeves and contribute to wider regional success
