About the Role

Join a global leader in material handling solutions and take the lead in driving sales success. Crown Equipment is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our team, grow market share, and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our Sydney Sales team. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, profitability, and growth across the division while ensuring strong leadership and effective management of people, processes, and customer relationships.

You will play a key role in achieving business targets, developing your team, and positioning the Company as the first choice for customers, through exceptional service and strategic sales execution.


Requirements

What you’ll do

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing Sales Team with a culture of accountability, passion, and results.
  • Drive sales growth across Crown’s product lines through effective strategies and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with branch customers to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Support your team with customer engagement, territory planning, and account management.
  • Prepare budgets, monitor sales performance, and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to align activities and meet customer needs.
  • Contribute as part of the State Management Team, shaping future business direction.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within industrial, capital equipment, or related sectors.
  • Strong people leadership skills – able to recruit, coach, and develop top talent.
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on results and customer success.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets.
  • Proven track record of sales success in capital equipment or industrial markets.
  • Experience managing a P&L and driving team performance.
  • Commitment to continuous personal and team development.
