About Kaseya

Kaseya is the leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, serving Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide. Our comprehensive platform helps organizations efficiently manage, secure, and automate their IT environments, driving operational efficiency and long-term business success.

Backed by Insight Partners, a leading global software investor, Kaseya has experienced sustained double-digit growth and continues to expand its global footprint. Today, Kaseya supports customers in more than 20 countries and manages over 15 million endpoints worldwide.

Founded in 2000, Kaseya has built a culture centered around innovation, accountability, and results. We are a high-growth, high-performance organization that values individuals who are driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers and teammates alike.

At Kaseya, success comes from embracing challenges, moving with urgency, and continuously raising the bar.

We're looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Account Managers dedicated to our MSP customer base. This is a hands-on leadership role combining sales operations, team coaching, client strategy, and execution — with full ownership of customer retention, growth, and relationship expansion across Kaseya's portfolio.

  • Build and develop a team that consistently hits ARR growth, retention, and account health targets
  • Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies across the book of business
  • Be the executive sponsor and escalation point for key MSP relationships
  • Keep the pipeline healthy — forecasting, CRM hygiene, and account planning done right
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Professional Services to deliver for customers

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in SaaS or tech account management, ideally in the MSP or IT channel
  • 2+ years leading or managing a sales team
  • You know the MSP world — how they operate, what they need, and how to talk their language
  • A track record of growing revenue within an existing customer base
  • Strong Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) skills and a disciplined, data-driven approach
  • A natural coach who brings out the best in their team

Why Kaseya

We're not slowing down. With a rapidly expanding global footprint and a product portfolio MSPs rely on every day, this is a role where you can make a serious impact — and build a career to match.
