Job Description

ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES
As Sales Mice Manager, you will report directly to the Sales Director and will be responsible for: 

- Proactively seek out new business, locally and internationally (by phone, Sales visits, Trade Shows, Fairs, etc.)
- Maximize lead generation (new and existing business). 
- Analyze local market and trends.
- Organize Hotel show around and commercial visits to current and potential customers of the hotel.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure all KPIs are exceeded on a daily and monthly basis.
- Lead contracting process for regular customers to guarantee that the proper proposals are sent.
- Proactively follow up on all the event leads and gather information about their needs and decisions.
- Give support in the preparation of PR Events that take place in the hotel.
- Represent the hotel at networking events and participate in hotel promotional activities.
- Overseeing and monitoring revenue development and budget sales.

Education
- Preferably Degree in Tourism or Hotel Business.

Specific Knowledge
- Excellent level of English (C1), written and spoken. Desirable an additional foreign language.
- Availability to Travel (If necessary).
- Strong Commercial skills. Sales & Negotiation skills and techniques.
- Highly valued knowledge of hotel management systems.
- Knowledge of different hotel segments (Corporate, MICE, Leisure, etc.) and good network of contacts.

Professional Experience
-    Ideally previous experience in a hotel sales role with a proven track record to close a sale.
