We're looking for an experienced Sales Originator to drive growth across our Managed Services business. In this role, you'll work with senior client stakeholders to identify opportunities, shape innovative solutions, and originate large-scale transformation programs spanning cloud, applications, infrastructure, AI, security, and digital operations.

This is an opportunity to join one of the market's leading technology and professional services organizations, helping clients reinvent their businesses through next-generation managed services capabilities.

About the Role

As a Sales Originator, you will be responsible for generating and progressing new business opportunities, building a sustainable pipeline, and developing trusted relationships with key decision-makers across enterprise and government clients.

You will work closely with account teams, solution architects, industry specialists, and delivery leaders to shape winning solutions that create measurable business value

Key Responsibilities

Originate New Business

  • Identify, qualify and create new managed services opportunities.

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies across existing and new clients.

  • Engage senior business and technology stakeholders to uncover strategic priorities and transformation initiatives.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned to growth targets.

Shape Strategic Opportunities

  • Lead early-stage client discussions and opportunity qualification.

  • Collaborate with solutioning and delivery teams to develop compelling value propositions.

  • Drive pursuit strategy, executive messaging and client engagement plans.

  • Position innovative managed services solutions that deliver business outcomes

Build Executive Relationships

  • Develop trusted partnerships with C-suite and business leaders.

  • Facilitate strategic workshops and discovery sessions.

  • Act as a senior advisor on transformation, operational excellence and technology-led reinvention

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Convert opportunities into qualified pursuits and contracted business.

  • Support commercial negotiations and deal closure.

  • Contribute to annual sales, revenue and growth objectives.

About You

You are a commercially astute sales professional with a passion for winning new business and helping clients solve complex challenges.

You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in technology services, consulting, outsourcing or managed services sales.

  • Strong track record of originating and closing complex enterprise opportunities.

  • Experience engaging senior executives and influencing decision makers.

  • Ability to develop trusted relationships across multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong commercial, negotiation and business development capabilities.

  • Experience working within large, complex sales environments.
