About the role:
Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, this Performance Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive analysis and insights into revenue performance. This role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, delivering actionable recommendations aimed at accelerating revenue growth. The role works closely with functional and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making, enhance revenue streams, and ensure alignment with organisational goals. The Performance Analyst will proactively track key performance indicators, refine forecasting models, and contribute to the continuous improvement of strategies to maximise profitability and long-term growth.

How you will add value:
- In-depth analysis on our data and deliver meaningful insights to influence and support Leadership in making effective decisions.
- Support leadership with the development and monthly review of budgets and forecasts, including performance and gap analysis.
- Lead, develop and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Provide mentorship, leadership and development of your team of Reporting Analyst/s.
- Collaborate with teams across various functional and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to guide strategic planning.
- Leverage business intelligence tools (CRM Analytics, Tableau, etc.) to provide real-time insights.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting capability, accuracy and efficiency.
About you:
- 5+ yrs in a similar role.
- Experience analysing and interpreting sales data into actionable insights.
- Highly skilled in data analysis and visualisation, and delivering data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Advanced skills with visualisation tools such as Salesforce CRM Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, etc.
- Results-orientated with a proven track record delivering against revenue and business objectives.
- Salesforce knowledge preferred.
